Staying in this small family-run guest house was a charming experience with lovely terrace views of the castle and palace. The owners were very helpful, but be prepared for the many steps and stairs leading up to the rooms. The twin room was cozy and perfect for a short stay.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was convenient for exploring Sintra, with easy access to the center and good restaurants nearby, but the constant barking of dogs at night was disturbing. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff, providing great advice for exploring the beauty of the Sintra region. The dining experience was a mixed bag, with one meal being delicious while another lacked quality. The room I stayed in was a bit disappointing due to dampness and stiffness of the bed, but my partner found it acceptable. Despite these issues, the cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel were standout features.
