The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff, providing great advice for exploring the beauty of the Sintra region. The dining experience was a mixed bag, with one meal being delicious while another lacked quality. The room I stayed in was a bit disappointing due to dampness and stiffness of the bed, but my partner found it acceptable. Despite these issues, the cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel were standout features.
